Will it get here before Christmas?
It ships free within 24 hours and usually arrives in 5 to 8 business days, so order by the start of December to be safe. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves our warehouse.
Does the whole thing light up?
Yes. The warm white lights run the full length of the display, through the train, the track and the snow, so it glows on its own with the lamps off.
What if it turns up damaged?
Send us a photo and we'll sort it out. You've got 30 days to return it for a refund, and if it develops a fault or breaks we'll repair it or send you a new one.
Can I use it again next year?
That's the idea. Take it down after the holidays, pack it away, and bring it back out next December.
